I remember wehn my internet was really crappy, i used to call the cable company that provides my internet and bitch at them to come and fix it, give me a new modem etc etc... when they finally fixed it (after the 20th or so time) i kinda started missing my outbursts on them.
You can say it was kind of theraputic
