I went with Dragon List
http://www.dragonscripts.com/ after looking at about a dozen different scripts. To me, it is by far the best, and geared toward the needs of adult webmasters.
Even before you start the list, you can make use of the script by putting in the freesites you build, as well as putting in sponsor sites. Just having a database set up with your own sites makes life easier, and when you get to the "100 sites" that Preacher mentioned, you'll appreciate the organization that a php/mysql script can give you.
That's what I have been doing, and hope to open mine for submissions soon.
