The Bitch working for a home & auto insurance company has it's benefits: We found out about a year ago that for $50/year (or so) we could add insurance for big things like the furnace & AC so if they take a shit, we pay a $500 deductible & they cover the rest. Our current 80% efficient furnace took a shit, so a new 96% efficient one is going in today
