Yes, you can.
If you use the Site Manager (icon right below "file") you can connect to several servers, you'll get an option to choose if you want to close current window and reconnect or make a new connection.
Info on Tab I haven't been bothered with finding out.
Maybe you can connect to several through typing into fields too, dunno.
