Hmmmm....well I dont have an out of the box solution...but...
It exists - on Youtube - as a feature, where you map out the video by text & lets the viewers jump around, which is obviously trackable.
Now...Premiere Pro for instance supports chaptering (plenty others do too) - so you can input your timestamps ... and make it browsable. What I am lacking is a way to utilize and track it properly after that - basically what is needed is the script Youtube uses as a standalone that takes your timestamps, makes them browsable and tracks them...
Does that script exist? I just dont know...one would assume it does - but the tricky thing is feeding the stats from it in a useful way.
