I've seen you post about this many times and I keep meaning to mention that you really need to stop supplying evidence in public about what you and your link buyers are doing. The domain of the site, the location of the paid links, and the prices for links are all right on the page you linked above. Big G spiders that page and learns you're selling links (in violation of their terms), then spiders the site where you sold the links to find who the buyers are (also in violation of terms).

Valuable links have their value destroyed by doing that. You've been offering links for a long time, so by now there's no secret that those are paid links, and therefore potentially damaging to anyone who has a link there. Once the manual review team has this assigned to them the game will be over.

Seriously, you need to do this a better way. Look around and you'll see that there are other ways to do things that don't expose you and your buyers to being penalized or delisted.
