Rain doesnt bother me too much, its the months of cold with temps dropping to -40 that bothers me in canada, im not one for cold weather at all, I like snow, but not the cold that goes with it, thanks for the advise cd34, I am gonna be doing alot of research on Panama and most likely visit there before I decide to move so that I can find a place and see what I'm going to get myself into, and I want to make sure that my income keeps on growing and is sustainable to make sure I can survive.
