Just finished a Zoom that was less annoying than I thought it would be. It was still annoying but not as much as I anticipated.
Really not feeling great these days but trying to carrying on. There are times with tinnitus that I get 7-8 hours of sleep but I don't wake up refreshed. It's quite frustrating. Feeling a little meh today. Back to work.
