Actually this is the first year that I didn't owe money.
I adjusted my business's paychecks to me withholding allowance to allow for the other sources of income that I have paid to me personally that I do not pay taxes on at the time of receiving them so that I didn't end up owing a bunch of money in taxes at tax time again like what happens to me each year.
Then we had a hurricane and I borrowed money on the house to remodel and had a loss from the storm so I have some nice deductions now.
I do think that I'm going to leave my withholding where it is so that I get money back again next year. I'll just look at it as the I Can't Save Tax.
