Parts of my most recent reply were taken from an email I had going with the owners of a popular website where searching for them gave listings on Pornhub just like mine. Pornhub removed them when they complained, so they know about it. Jel simply pointed out how truly ludicrous their explanation is.
In my case, they are technically not doing anything illegal in that dummy never registered his name as a trademark (long story, shitty lawyer, it may be on here someplace). But if I did, then it'd be illegal. It is shady as fuck & incredibly shitty.
I know this makes me sound old, but I really fucking miss the days when 95% of the people you dealt with were just that: people. This entire fucking industry has become way too corporate.
