FWIW, I've read down the listed programs on daizzzy's blacklist along with the reasons they are blacklisted. Of the ones I'm familiar with the details via other sources they all seem legit reasons to me.
Besides, it's not like his blacklist means you can't still do as you wish. I don't see why it's even a point of contention.
