Great thread again Tek - I participated last year I offered up banners for whoever needed.
Im not too good at programming or anything like that - but I am pretty good at graphics.
So what I can offer is :
Banner creation size of your choice (not HPA or FPA)
Also I can do gallery template for your free sites or TGP/MGP submits
