I have installed that software on my own box. In order to update it from a webpage you need to have permission to run a script with in the CGI_BIN. all this can also be done from a simple bat file placed in a AT job on the box. I have mine running that way and it updates hourly. I can always log on to the box and manully run the bat file. But you really should not be paying for that software. The only thing they should be charging you for it if you are looking to get locations from your visitors down to city. There are free version that will give you access to a 95% acurate database of countries, if you pay for access to the 99% database you also can use the PM modual for cities which can be useful I would think if you are really looking to narrow down some serious advertising. Or block out stuff. But otherwise set up took me 1 hour maybe you paid for tech time.
