Is this spam, a scam, or something else?

Now, you can probably guess that this is the first I've heard of these people, and I think I'd remember sending them $29 by mail.

So, what's everyone's opinion on what this is? Is it just spam, plain and simple? If it is, they've certainly got my attention.

Or is it something dodgier? I haven't attempted to login using their pws... I was wondering if it would attempt some kind of download...

Or has some CP arsehole set something up on their wonderfully anonymous server using my email and it's time to be worried?

Any suggestions?
