Need Opinions from LL owners, Possible Multisubmitter

So there's no smoking gun on this, but a lot of circumstancial evidence and I need opinions..maybe I'm just paranoid, but my gut is telling me this is a multisubmitter.

The domains in question are
badfatbabes.com
hotchubbypics.com
teen-bank.com

--Different Whois on all 3, like that really matters.
--Submit IPs are different, script hasn't detected proxies, but two of them are hosted at the same webhost.

BUT

--Sites look VERY similar

http://www.badfatbabes.com/bbw-porn/58/big-girl/
--Roots of all 3 domains promote a variety of BBW sites, about 30 in all, but there is NO cross promotion between the roots (no chance of affiliate codes crossing over), and free sites submitted from each domain only promote sites listed on the root.

This one has been nagging at me for a while, and I get a submit a day from two of those domains, but I haven't been able to come up with a "smoking gun" that flat out deserves a blacklisting.

Opinions? Anyone else getting the same vibe from these domains?
