Changes in 2 years

I really haven't done freesite stuff personally for 2 years, and we haven't done much at all in the past year, but I am looking at trying to get back into a little freesite submitting because I really enjoyed making and submitting them.

Has much changed in the past 2 years? I know some have gone paid partner account/pa only, but in general have there been any significant rules changes that would now make me a 'cheater' or make it hard to get accepted assuming I was being accepted a couple years back?
