Cool! I saw Comet McNaught tonight

There's a great new comet getting brighter and brighter very close to the horizon these days, I found it tonight with binocs, once I'd seen it I could find it with bare eyes, it was totally pretty.

At sunset, find venus which will be very bright and relatively high in the western sky. The sun needs to be just below the horizon, and it (the sun) will be to the right of venus. The comet is to the right of where the sun is, maybe 10 to 15 degrees to the right of venus, well below venus.

It's a real pretty sight. It should be getting brighter and brighter over the next couple of weeks.
