Movie Gallery Help

I got a free site done and submitted, but it looks like there might be a problem with the movie clips and I don't know how to fix it.

Here is a gallery link from the site:

All the movies load and then stop immediately until the whole clips loads and then you have to hit play in order to see the clip. Any ideas what would be the problem? I would really like to fix this before the site gets rejected everywhere.
