Newbie needs help

Hi everyone,

I'm a webcam girl, been camming since a few years, but kinda got fed up with all the major chatsites, so decided to go independant.

The idea with the site is to use the free part to promote my cam activities and memberspage.

The memberspage will have vids, pics, msg board, webcasts, ... and will be a more personnal look into my life with a lot of interaction between me and the members. Something like a visual diary of my life, all aspects included.

Got my site finally finished today, and although i've seen a lot of better sites here on the board, I'm still very proud of it. (Didnt actually know a word of html or css when i started this project :-))

But since i'm still very new to all of this, I needed some help and advice from you all ;-)

Question 1 : Whats the impression when you see the site?

Question 2 : Got some ideas how to improve the free part?

Question 3 : How can i get quality traffic to the site?

Question 4 : Any other advice??

And guys i'm newbie and a girl, so keep it a bit simple for me :-)))
