Sites Not Converting. Need Feedback

I usually don't have a problem getting listed, but i'm having a hard time pushing visitors to my sponsors and better yet, converting. Sales are rare.

I submit to about 36 link lists per day.

Looking for some feedback and pointers to help convert better and make some more sales.
