Any one have a Video Ipod?

I was surprised to get a video ipod for fathers day, which was awesome. Little more room than my rio.

Anyways, I am trying to figure what kind of video it takes. There was little instructions in the box and the site did'nt tell me much. Far as I can see it will take mpeg, any others? I read it can convert video, but it does'nt say what formats.

In particular I am trying to get swf files on it. I've tried a number of converters with little luck. Any one put swf's on a ipod?
