GetCyberCash.com account banned

Hi all,

Can anyone give me a telephone number to contact GetCyberCash.com?

They have banned my account for no reason and do not reply to my emails.

This is a fairly new sponsor for me and I just spent a lot of time building and promoting their swingers sites. I have made at least one sale that's confirmed by ccbill and they still seem to be recording stats but in truth I don't know how many sales i have made to date as we have just moved house and have been offline for a week and if my account has been banned, how do i know the ccbill stats are correct?

CCBill have confirmed this is nothing from their end, which leaves me trying to contact GCC still for an answer.

I'm confused as hell and more than a little pissed. I don't cheat people and don't expect to get banned either.

Has this happened to anybody else?

The exact message i get when attempting to login is
"Account banned : ccbill notice"

Thanks in advance for any help in contacting these guys and it goes without saying that i'll keep you advised regarding the outcome.

Thanks Jim, I'll give that a try but I don't hold out much hope of resolving this now to be honest. So far they have ignored four emails and there is only so much you can do before you have to give it up and move on. I now have a list of all the links i have to them so i'll give them one last chance before everything comes down. I am pissed with GCC though and i'll take the time to post that they banned my account without reason across the various adult boards so that other webmasters know what they are capable of.

Ok I have emailed getcybercash direct, I have emailed them by reply to their emails and I have called them (got an answer phone). I even emailed them directly off getcybercash.com using the email support link, all to no effect.

As far as I am concerned they have now had ample time to give me some kind of answer (3 days) and their continued silence makes me more certain than ever that dumping them as a sponsor is the right thing to do. Apart from the fact that they have banned my account making it unusable they are obviously childish in their approach to mitigation, which proves them unworthy of my trust.

I could rant and rave but what’s the point, I don't need the hassle and to be honest their not worth my time and trouble.

As a result any getcybercash.com links on blue-candy have been deleted and any submitted free sites using their content will be taken down by midday today.

Sorry for the hassle to LL owners I have submitted these sites too, but I'll be sending out emails in the next few minutes advising you of the need to delete the links prior to their removal.

I guess there is a first time for everything and this is my first ban. I wouldn’t mind if had done something wrong in fact I would have admitted it, but that’s life. My advice to anyone using getcybercash, Keep a close eye on your stats and be prepared to lose money.

One last note for people submitting to me. Please don't submit sites promoting getcybercash. They will not be listed.
