Problem Submitting to GG

When I try to submit my link to Link-O-Rama it takes awhile after clicking submit and eventually comes up to the ol "Page Cannot Be Displayed" - Cannot Find Server or DNS error. I submitted a pretty shitty site the other day without a problem, but I learned that it looked like complete ass in anything other than IE6, so I don't think it's something on my end. But the one I created this time is coded right and looks good imo, so hoping to have it listed a few places Any ideas?
