Advice on Sponsor's Paying Account, please
Seems I'm disaster prone in this biz. My main, just about only, sponsor uses one of the best known account managers for paying affiliates. But they (the account managers) have lost my sponsors, hits, conversions if any. All gone bye byes. This happened when I changed account details by registering my new (paid for) domain and server - no, not hosting account. I run my own LVM and colo servers.
I emailed them early today, and we are at least 5 hours ahead of USA so long before anyone there started work. It's now almost 10.45 p.m. here so I assume the end of the working day in USA, or thereabouts. Should I give them any longer or should I ask all the link list owners to down my links until it's sorted out? The server has been up for a week and I've been doing slightly less than a free site a day. My own server stats are looking a lot better than I would have expected in such a short time. They are a reputable company, so far as I can make out from comments on boards like this one. I am confident it will be sorted out. But I don't want to be sending traffic developed from a shit stack of hard work if I'm not going to get paid for it. Or is it reasonably safe to assume they'll be able to recover my credits? Thanks in anticipation for replies from anyone with relevant experience or know-how, Mike Last edited by horney; 2008-01-18 at 05:51 PM.. Reason: typos |
