Watched the movie Prometheus last night. Thought it was pretty decent but near the end a bright white spot appeared on the TV top left of the screen. Right now the one spot is no big deal but it seems that once one white spot appears you can expect a bunch more to show up.
Did some Goggling and found out that it is a common problem on TVs that are 3 or more years old and ours is about that age. It can be fixed by replacing the
DLP Chip. Found a few YouTube videos on how to do it along with a step by step guide on a few sites. Looks pretty easy, just a whole lot of screws to deal with and at $165 a whole lot cheaper than a new 67" TV. Plus the pictures on this TV is outstanding, better than most LCD TVs.
Made my first sale to
my Cam Site last night. Whish I knew where it came from or if it was for straight, gay, or tranny but it shows no info available.
Just a day spent working planned for this chilly Friday.
