Very nice house. A home like that here not on the water with that much land would easily by 3 million. Then there would be the insanely expensive insurance and taxes.
Any idea where you are thinking of moving to? |

Very very nice house. That house would easily be double that price here, if that low, depending on where it is of course. I do hope you get your asking price and it sells quickly.
