Yesterday's NHL outdoors game at Lake Tahoe was a dud, as the midday sun basically melted parts of the ice, forcing them to postpone the game after the 1st period & start it back up at 9PM local/Midnight ET. Today's game was moved from 11AM local/2PM ET to 4:30PM local/7:30 ET but I have the feeling that, if they had to wait til well after dark yesterday, the same will hold true today. Plus, they moved the game from NBC (where people will actually watch it) to NBC Sports. Great idea, bad foresight

Been up & working for a couple hours for no reason, but I do tend to get more done when I work in the middle of the night, so that's a good thing (the internet tends to distract me during daylight hours lol). The Bitch is working from OT today, so I'll probably nap, work some more & watch the fill-in game on NBC between New Jersey & Washington
