I realise this question has probably been answered a thousand times already, but I can't see answer for looking!

If a site gets listed with you is it within rules to add keywords/ metas after the event?

I'm not talking about changing anything on the visible page or outgoing links or anything like that, just the SE fodder.

PS thaks for linking my last site, I've been away a while and its GOOOOD to b back.
