Deep Freeze Saturday (14/01/2012)
It is cold here. The high for today is -9C / 16F. My wife and daughter want to go for a walk but I'll have none of it.
Other than to put away some Christmas boxes, I have nothing planned today. Maybe I will work on my PHP/MySQL book. Oh yeah, I guess I need to get on the elliptical at some point too. [Cleo, you're on my mind. I hope you're doing okay.] Have a great day!  |

Greenie you need to move to Florida where having anything cold is a bonus.
Sitting here dressed to leave the hospital... again. I've got a bunch of new shinny stents in my leg arteries that hopefully will do the trick. Did Simon trade in his Jeep for a pickup truck? Gene Hackman OK after Fla. bicycle accident No plans for today other than to take a shower at home and fill a bunch of prescriptions. |

Naah, Cleo, I haven't been up to Islamorada in years. In another life I liked staying at the Cheeca Lodge and going out flyfishing with a guide all day. I wonder if Mr. Hackman was there for the fishing or cruising the young talent at the Holiday Isle. And Mathilda the Jeep is still with me, the perfect Key's vehicle... Newsletters and blogs mostly today, plus I need to work on a site I started to set up weeks ago and got busy with other things. Got reminded when I saw it had generated a sale already. Wishing a good weekend to all.

Today will be very similar to every other day. I'll stare at my sites. Think about ways to improve upon them, but take no action of any kind. Hey, why fix a bad thing, right? I'll also stare at Monster.com for a couple of hours so I can feel disappointed in myself for not being qualified to do anything that's currently available. Overall, a pretty good day planned.
By the way, if anyone would like to purchase a shiny new teaching degree (magna cum laude!), I'm selling it cheap. You just have to pay off my student loans.

Will work pretty much all day until Supercross is on tonight. Thou there will be breaks to watch a little football here and there. Need to update some AVS sites with new content and if I have time, try to get some galleries and freesites that are prebuilt ready for submission. |

We went to see another possible house today ... one I really really like. Now to get the appointment made with the agent. Cross those fingers.. this one has a great place for my lair. Other than that, the normal code revisions again. Have a great one out there!

Afternoon. Going to begin working on an idea for iphone/ipad app with another developer. Going to come up with some ideas and then begin working on putting them together over the course of the year.
Other than that it's football and then tonight going to a wedding celebration. It's more just a reception type thing as they already had the wedding awhile go just with family. Should be a blast. Have a good one everyone. |
