different rules for listing hubs?

Hi, Im just in the process of getting my hub listed on various LL's and I wonder how you LL owners feel about recip links on hubs.

like on www.ethnic-links.com I've added all the recips on the bottom of the page with all the search engines etc, I know that LL's demand a linkback before the "enter" button but I really dont have any enter button on this site do you guys want me to add a warning site (I really prefer not to if its possible since its a hub but hey whatever gets me listed!)
