.htaccess on Windows 2003 server
I am looking for a script that will do what .htaccess does, only on a windows 2003 server (that is the all the info I have on the server)

www.flicks.com has a 'referrer' based protection system called vqtime (has some neat features, ppv, etc.)
They also have authentix which allows password protection. Both are around $100 if I recall
