SEO OPT.
Hello All.
![]() O.k. Trying to put some effort into optimizing my hub for the engines. Now I know trying to use words such as free porn, free porn links, free sex, and all those words are pretty much useless seeing as the competition on those words is staggering. 1. How often does google index sites so that I might see my url come up with the right search terms on google? 2. Is it likely to see my site come up right away within in the first 2-3 pages or does it take months and months? 3. Why would I use different key words on each page. If my keywords are "Free Porn Pics" "Free Porn" wouldnt I want those words through out my entire site and not just on one page? 4. From what I understrand the Overture search term tool results are based only on searches done by those who have the overture toolbar on thier pc's is this correct.? And if so then say "xyz" key word showed a search of 5000, would it be safe to assume that the keyword "xyz" probably was searched on much more than that but overture is only reporting on overture searches? Well cant think of anything more for now. Hope all that makes since ![]() Thnx, Binxgook |

1. It depends, but usually, it's everyday.
2. It depends on the keywords, what particular keyword sets are you aiming for? 3. You should be fine just targeting one page with "Free Porn Pics" and "Free Porn". Just use the text naturally, without keyword spamming. 4. I'm not too familiar with Overture, but I'm assuming the word counts are from searches from its partner sites (there is no Overture toolbar).

How soon a page shows up can be pretty complex, and not always so easy to predict.
An established site can often get a page to show up in a few hours to a few days. For a weaker site it can take months. There's a phenomena where a page will show up in the top of the index for a week or several, then disappear for 3 months, then reappear in a new position. Don't count on being able to get pages to show up quickly. |
