Warning page for a TGP? Yes or No...
I'm redesigning my TGP and right now I have a warning page. Most big tgps I see do not have such a page.
So should I have one or not? Thanks

I think it's a good idea to have a warning page on any adult web site. I recently added a warning page to both of my TGP sites, with ICRA pics-label meta tags. www.icra.org

I guess a lot has to do with your place of residence, and how much you fear prosecution... and where your traffic is from...
I think in general it's a good idea, but for traffic flowing from one adult site to another I find warning pages 'a waste of space'. SE traffic most likely would be coming to your main tgp page, too, since that's the one which gets regular updates. But the old-fashioned set-up with Warning - Full Page Ad [- another full page ad] - First Content certainly has some advantages, and keeps the law enforcement away. You won't believe how many sign-ups this one full-page-ad can create, even on an established site with majority bookmarkers (it's my second best source of income - after my main page).

You can now put whatever you want in this space :)

As a webmaster, it has its benefits as GeorgeTH mentions and i agree with that 100%. As a surfer, I hate it. Thats why you wont see any on mine anymore. This however may change on a couple of my newer sites.
