CCBill rebill question

Ok this is new for me so it belongs in this forum

I had a signup on the 24th of june. The account is still active and was supposed to rebill on July 24th, but so far this hasn't happened yet. It still shows as active...
Does CCbill make multiple attempts to bill a creditcard if it doesn't goes through the first time and is that the reason it hasn't been rebilled or cancelled?

Or has it rebilled for you already Cleo?
(was a Foxy Angel sale)

I've had CCBill rebills go beyond the rebill date by as much as three days before finally showing as processed in my stats.

I just know to look if I do get paid for rebills in my CCBill admin after I signup with a sponsor and before I start sending traffic to them.

CCBill Reply

Fonz,

CCBill does in fact attempt to collect funds on a recurring transaction that fails due to different responses received from the bank. For example; if CCBill attempts to reserve funds for a recurring transaction and the bank replies with an insufficient funds or similar error we will hold that transaction for up to six days and three additional attempts to reserve the funds before canceling and expiring the recurring subscription.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact our Client Support department directly via clientsupport@ccbill.com. Quality Client Support is available 7 days a week 24 hours a day.

Thank You,
