Anybody know whats up with pingomatic?

I use pingomatic to annouce new posts on my yahoo blog, but for the past few weeks it hasn't behaved as expected.

I run the pingomatic, and instead of the usual confirmation page I get a blank page with this text:

qbznva-va-qo | uggc://oybt.360.lnubb.pbz/ohgghf_znkvzhf || hfrentrag-ecp | Zvpebfbsg Vagrearg Rkcybere

This happens when I just refresh my previously created pingomatic page, and when I create a new one.

Anybody know what this is? I admit I could be clueless, I don't really follow the intricate details of pinging.

Does the rpc.pingomatic entry that is the default in wordpress do the same thing, I wonder?
