AEBN'S ADULT MOBILE PROGRAM COVERED IN N.Y. TIMES FEATURE

The New York Times made Xobile -- AEBN's new division for adult mobile pay-per-view content -- the focal point
for a front-page story on September 17 headlined "Ring Tones, Cameras, Now This: Sex is Latest Cellphone Feature."

The syndicated story was picked up by newspapers around the world, as well as by ABC News, CNET, and AOL Business News.
Harvey Kaplan, director of mobile operations for Xobile (xobile.com), is quoted heavily in the story.

"We had been working for several weeks on this story with the Times reporters," said Kaplan. "We are particularly pleased
that they singled out Xobile as being the primary provider of mobile adult-video clips. I told the Times I believe that the thirst
for sex-related content would drive the popularity of Internet-enabled phones."

The viability and projected popularity of adult mobile is attributed to technological advances that allow cellular networks to deliver
full-motion video, and to latest-model phones featuring larger screens with bright color. Xobile's ability to engineer around some
of the technical difficulties facing content providers positioned it to be the leader in this new market.

Major wireless carriers have the golden opportunity of benefiting from data charges to customers streaming or downloading porn
-- without having to sponsor it. "When you allow people access to the Net by phones, the telecom companies are empowered
with one of my favorite legal terms: 'plausible deniability,' said Kaplan."

the mobile market is much larger in Europe than the states, but as you can tell from the article things are heating up.

I am working on a resource site that explains the terms and how webmasters can use different SMS tools to monetize their traffic. I can't wait to get it launched!
