Ok I'm not Cleo although she has contacted me to star in some of the movies she makes but here's my POV:

1. On your index page there might be a bit too much wite space above and below that first ad. And I've never heard of "Penis Boot"

2. On your main page you got what we call "a blind link". You can better use the name of the paysite you're promoting somewhere in your promotext.
3. Your galleries appear to be stand-alone TGP galleries and the layout is way off the layout of your index and mainpage.
4. You might want to consider using description and keyword meta-tags on your pages.

Nice site..for the 1st one..But please do what Fons said.. and keep in mind
you shouldnt put 2257 on all pages.. save this spot for ads (but no more that 3 links out per page!)

Looks like Fonz covered the site review quite well

I would add that there's lots of white space on the main page also. And you'll definitely want to clean up those blind links. Here's a good thread on the topic;

As Linkster mentioned, you'll want to fix up your hosting/nameserver issue if you want to get listed consistently.
