What's up with CCBill?

Every time I try to login to see my stats, I get this message:

Unrecoverable Error
IP Locked

What's up with that?
Does that have anything to do with Stats remote? I use them and the program is able to grab my stats just fine, but I am unable to login myself.

Any ideas?

Their security has kicked in and they have locked you out. You may need ti call them to get back in.

You didn't say if you are logging in as a affiliate or a site owner. On the site owner accounts they make you change your password regularly and if you have your browser set to autofill you may have tried to login with your old password too many times.

But my stats remote seems to access it fine with the same info.

I had the same shit with them this week my admin guy signed some new accounts and next thing our IP is blocked we rang and where told they fix it within a hour a hour later we rang them back and where told it take 4 days , still waiting

i nagged for a week at ccbill because my ip blocked everytime for 7 days already also on rm.st i had a red thing infront of it for a week, before the ccbill stats on my remote stats always worked, i have asked ccbill what the problem was, the only answer i got back everytime was, we have unlocked your ip any problems contact us, well i contact them about 4 times a day with the same problem. Then finally after 15+ emails someone at ccbill said there is probably a bug and we are checking it, now finally ccbill works again on remote stats , but now remote stats is fucking me it shows the stats date 2005-12-27 i cant look back at yesterday or last week.........

oke on my post i manage to fuck up remote stats myself today, i checked a date with my puter calendar in december and i forgot to change it back so remote stats was trying to get the stats of 28 dec at ever sponsor, which get me into te ccbill issue again, because yes they blocked my ip thru remote stats and the way i normally log in again for the 1000s time the last 10 days, i have sent them again an email so they can unblock the ips........btw on the remote stats message board is an other guy posting a issue with ccbill and remote stats
