HEY GUYS...IVE HAD THE SAME TOUR FOR 8 MONTHS AND DECIDED TO TRY A NEW DESIGN.
I WOULD LOVE YOUR FEEDBACK ON IT AND ANY SUGGESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE!

New tour looks a lot better than the old one...the main thing I'd suggest is getting a better server. If the members area loads as slowly as the tour you've got to be having retention problems, especially with dialup members

Also, drop the alt tag spamming on your sliced images...it's more likely to hurt you than help you with the SEs. You've got the same oversized alt text on all your images, and you'd be better off with just a few targeted words that are different for each one.

I like the new one better because it is more to the point. It sells the site more. The signup on the old tour on every page I do not like. I'd still drop some of those traffic leaks to the store, review and things to the very bottom or altogether.

First off congrats on the new design I think it will do well. As Ramster said you may want to drop some of those traffic leaks. If you're looking for affiliates then those have to go.

You may also want to get rid of the sound. A potential customer may have his parents in the next room, a room mate that can hear, a co-worker in the next cubicle .... More and more friends are confiding in me that they surf porn and they've all said bad things about sound. In fact, they usually close the window immediately.

On a minor note and since you asked for feedback and suggestions I'll give you the type of feedback that I like to recieve.

What do you consider to be your best physical feature and what do you think is your most enticing talent? The reason I ask is because none of the top 4 images really hit me as interesting. Figure out what you want to show most and then make sure it shows in the 4 images. I would not have continued the tour.

The images on pages 2 and 3 were hot and I wanted more.

The cartoon on page 4 made me read the text so that is good.

Page 5 made me think "Damn you've got a lot"

The thumbs on page 6 seemed a bit boring and made me think the photo quality inside is not going to be good

I'm not sure about the image on the join page. You're a very sexy lady and while that photo is nice I bet you have more enticing photos or maybe just Photoshop that one a bit more.

I'd also make the "About Me" link far more obvious. The surfers are there to be with you aren't they?

Nice site for sure.

as far as the traffic leaks go...I cannot have an affiliate program for this site due to an upcoming partnership so this site is stand alone. Also the links open new browsers to pages that are revenue generating for me or traffic producing so I dont really lose too much that way anyway.

Thanks for the great feedback, the one thing that really stands out for me is the audio issue. I have had a lot of members tell me the sound of me sucking that dick got their attention and they couldnt click off the page! but, i agree that it would certainly turn off a lot of surfers who are trying to be discrete.
I will see how the tour does and if it doesnt do as well as I hope then i'll try it silently!
