Need help!
OMG I'm so stressed lol anyways I sent a email to Ray from strongbox but I thought I'd ask on here too.
Every now and then I'm getting people who can't login or they have problems with the movies loading or they can't use AOL browser. Now my site works fine with 99% of the people but that 1 percent is the ones who's passes don't work or they have some problem...like this guy who signed up yesterday and despite giving him a new username and seeing if strongbox blocked his ip (it didn't) I can't get him to get stuff to work properly. Here is the email: Deleted all cookies, temporay internet files and history and tried new password and got following message "You have entered a bad username or password. If you are an authorized user click here to try again with a different word. If you are unable to access, contact customer support. Do not keep trying over and over, our security system will block you. WARNING If you are NOT an authorized user be aware that your IP address and the time have been recorded. Repeated attempts to gain unauthorized access will be provided to your ISP or other service provider and to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
