Free Site Review

Ok , I whipped up a sample free site , as you can see the recips are not right etc, but they are just there as a placeholder.

I would like feedback on what to change, how to improve CTR etc.

I am also wondering should i use different sponsors or one sponsor for the site?

Please let me know what you think and what I can improve on.

I'd get some more selling points in, text around the banners linked to the sponsor, non-linked text paragraphs telling the surfer why they can't live without a membership.

It kinda has the feel of a TV commercial with no sound.

I also like to use mouseovers to hide the referrer portion of the link, although some ll's may frown on this. I think it gives the site more of a "testimonial" feel.
