Happy, Happy Monday Morning
Morning
I love my Grand Children more than anything but with them going home any minute, it makes today feel like the start of the weekend I am probably going to take a 1/2 day today to go for a ride. Jesus, the weather was and is beautiful and all weekend our bikes just stayed in the shop sitting there. |

A beautiful weekend it was for sure.
Time to buckle down, and get back to work. Played a lot of tennis over the weekend, and got some sun. Have a great week everyone!

Good Monday & Welcome To May Peoples
Sabres won yesterday It was really strange to see all the ads on the boards changed over to big name companies because the game was on NBC. Now, if we can just win tomorrow night & take a couple days off before the next series I've got to finish up my next stats run today, so get your geek hats on & ready for this afternoon |

Good morning world
After I posted my 'good morning' yesterday we found out the reason one of the servers needed a restart. Seems we were under a brute force attack from Japan. Hadn't had one of those in awhile. Good news is they couldn't get in, but they sure slowed things down for awhile. Happy Birthday to the Empire State Building and Happy Three Year Anniversary to "Mission Accomplished." A great day to all! Simon

Good morning all. It's a peach of a day out there and, lucky me, I'll be at a lovely little cabin on Lake George later this morning. No, I won't be working on my tan or enjoying a nice barbeque, I'll be installing carpet. How the hell do I get talked into this shit?
I'll be back a bit later to catch up on all the shit I missed this weekend while I was falling prey to my hedonistic desires.

I have a conference call planned with Willy Wonka and Neville Isdell about installing a Diet Coke river and waterfall feature at the house. Afterwards, I have a conference call with my attorney to file a restraining order against Augustus Gloop.
Other than that, another fun filled day of work, reviewing about 30 resumes and narrowing down the list.

It's The Lusty Month of May according to Lerner & Lowe
Morning!! After having months of weird weather, Las Vague-us finely arrived and we hit 97 in some parts yesterday with thunder boomers in the evening. Today's forecast (and probably the 90-120 days as well) HOT. Spud's PE class is playing flag football today, if anyone shows up. I'll have to sit and monitor it because i'm really not so certain that running up and down an open field in 93-97 degree weather is a 'good thing" + = On Mission Accomplished: Quote:

Happy day one of May.
Seems we are being overrun with lizards. I know that I'm sick of cleaning up lizard guts from the ones that my cats catch. Makes me real glad that I no longer have carpet and tiled my whole house. They are very cute to watch in my backyard. Doing the gym once I'm awake and then home to make lots of phone calls and make the porn. |

We had a weekend? I wouldn't know I was working every second of it. On the good news I got a few things scratched off my to do list, and a few things added to it.
Oh well. Here's to a good work week. |

Morning! Damn May is here already yikes! Does anyone else remember May Day? When we were kids we'd make little baskets with candy in them. Then we would put them on people's doorstep and ring the bell and run. It was a real tradition to do that every May 1st. I've talked to a few people today and they all think I'm crazy and never heard of doing that. Anyone here that used to follow that tradition?
Have a great day all! |

My neighbor came over and kidnaped me and we went to Radio Shack and somehow he talked me into replacing the big HD antenna on the second floor roof of his house that was destroyed in last year's storms. I didn't realize that there was some decent programing on over the air TV that you couldn't get through satellite and that it comes in even high quality then some of the satellite TV. The view from on top of his second story was pretty kewl too.

The antenna ended up pointed the direction on Pembroke Pines which is where I remember the antenna farms being where we picked mushroom when I was young.
