LL owners-i need advice (specially from MML and GG)

I really need advice from you guys.
As you remember (maybe not, so check http://www.greenguysboard.com/board/...ad.php?t=31365 ) my domain name is banned on LOR, SG and (i think) couple more LL ( not on wetplace,penisbot,hoes,jayxxx etc)
My domain name is banned because my dns info was private and it was invisible ( now is visible, and i must use private dns because i have unmenaged server from cyberurx)
I decided to make some changes so i wanna ask first here what to do.
If i transfer my site to new hosting company ( i wanna host my site at webair.com ) can i use old domain name ( i dont know is domain name banned or server) for that site or its better to buy new domain name and use it from now?
If buying new domain and new host is better idea, (only solution) how i will pass on other big ll where i submit my sites? What will happend when revier of (for exmple Penis Bot) see in comments box another " this is my new domain and my new email address..comment" from me?
How will i pass on LOR, SG? I will be still marked as "suspicious" because my old mistakes or no?
