Submissions were closed for a while but I've re-opened them.
There are few rules, not as many as most, you can read them and submit your sites at

High quality traffic and your site will be listed forever. Benefit from surfers who have paid for porn in the past and are likely to do so again.
As a bonus I'm allowing 2 sites per day per category until November.
No TGP galleries though, just sites.
