TGP vs. top site list

Definate newbie Q:

Is it easier to get a TGP or top site list started? I always see trades for TGP's but not as many top site lists trades. Hmmm.

I would say a toplist is a bit harder to get going. I mean... there easy to bulid and what not but you sort of need some traffic moving through it in order to get people to sign up. My experience anyway.

I would think a TGP would be easier to get off the ground. No one knows how much traffic your TGP has, where everyone can pretty much guess how much your top list has.
