need SEO help

hi everyone,

since i finished my site, its time to start working on my seo.

But besides the fact that i know the word and know what it means, i dont have a clue on how to get started.

q1: After reading some on the net, i allready found out that yr text should be between 500-800 words (can this text be in a seperate php file?).

q2: once you wrote the text, do you fine tune the density with applying keywords in anchors and img alt's??

q2: what should be the density for keywords? 1-word (5-7%), 2 words(3-5) and multiple keywords(2-3%)??

q3: how many keywords do you target per page? Is it wise to open sub-domains to target more keywords?

q4: does my pr improve my ranking on se's?

q5: is there any software on the net that can help me with my seo and pagerank?

q6: if there is anyone here that considers themselves expert, contact me :p, we might be able to help eachother out :-)
