What I'm doing wrong?
After almost 1 year of submitting I still can't make more then $200 per month... it's scary... isn't it?
I have few sites: www.hotgirlsonnet.com (PR3), www.girlsexxxposed.com(PR1), www.babescamlive.com(was3, now2), www.dollsforus.com, www.shemalexxxposed.com, www.worldfamousass.com but on only first two I host my TGP galls. I have bunch of free PA and few paid PA. One gall per day (sometime two), even on weekends. My niches are teen, babes, amateur, group, hardcore... I'm working with topbucks and teendolls mostly... don't want to spread my work on to many sponsors and loose effect... I think this sponsors are really good but my visit statistic is bad! 10k-15k daily on major site is bad. What the f.ck I'm doing wrong?!?  I'm using CS and Rsubmiter for link dump. Ones a month I submit domains to free submitters for search engines...(for better PR) BTW is there anyone who try paid spots on main TGP sites ($400-$2000/month)??? does it worth it? Don't tell me: see yourself... I'm ready to pay $500 if I'll get even $10 extra... I really want to know what is your expirience with it? Any suggestion is welcome...  thanks  |

The domains you listed aren't going to convert very well for a variety of reasons, but since you said you submit galleries every day, how about giving examples since that's where 99% of your effort seems to be. Do you know what your Click Through Rate (CTR) is? What is CS and Rsubmiter? I'm guessing autosubmitters and to hell with those.

I don't know much about gallery submission. Is that your only source of traffic? how much of your traffic is SE generated by now, if any? Where do you get those 10-15k a day? and where do they go to - you main page or the actual galleries?
I hear that conversions on galleries suck, in general. Also, while I agree it's good not to get too many sponsors, maybe only these 2 isn't good enough? maybe try less saturated sponsors and work with some smaller ones running on CCBill?

I think the niches you promote are quite saturated as well, try something else.

Nothing wrong with the submitters youre using - I use the CS myself for the sites that accept autos - and I do my manual submits with their built in program - which is fine for most tgps - every pro submitter out there uses something like that.
The niches are probably the problem as they are very over saturated - every newbie submitter in the world is using those  Look for something a little smaller and tighter and Ill be your revenue goes up.One other thing you didnt mention - are you using sponsor content or your own? |

Miki, how many visitors a day you get? Today many gallery submitters need 50K unique visitors daily to make a sale. 6-7 years ago things were different but today one can make decent money with galleries only with a lot of traffic.

Thats why I thinking about paid spots on biggest tgp for big money.... If I load more visits with this ratio it could be good! What you think?|confused| |

Do not buy paid spots. If you buy anything buy some submit passes. Lots of guys offer monthly submit accounts for $20-$50 a month and it allows you to submit 1+ galleries a day. Not guaranteed listings but with those galleries you should get listed often. Submit passes can be found at various sites including gallerytrafficservice.com.
Your galleries are ok, the last one is the nicest layout I think. Problem is this. You need traffic to make sales. You are new so most sites will not list you. Too many submits now so they cannot take on new submitters. That is why you need to buy passes if you are serious about submitting. Buy passes from teen and general tgps based on your submits. One last thing. Over time traffic from tgps can be very protible but you have to mix it up. You cannot stay with the same sponsors over and over again, you need to try out new ones or at least new sites from the sponsors you use. |

well, if I can make any suggestion to you it would be to work with your galleries a little more and try different layouts. Your layouts aren't bad, but they aren't all that great either. The main thing I see is that you aren't giving your visitors any real reason to click through. You are giving them some nice samples then you have banners and a few text links, but the text links basically just say "click here for her site" or other generic things like that. You really need to entice the surfer and encourage them to click. Tell them it is okay to click and make them feel like they are going to be missing out if they don't.
One thing I would suggest is to go to places like thehun.net and do some homework. The top 15-20 spots on his daily list are paid placements that cost anywhere from $200-$600 per listing. These galleries must convert or they would not be buying those spots. Don't copy them, but study them and ask yourself: "What do they have that I don't have?" Also I would suggest selling a niche you really have passion for and bring that passion to the gallery design. For example. I love lesbians and because of that I can make good lesbian galleries and I can communicate well with other people that like lesbian porn so, for me, it sells well. I don't understand and am not at all into shemale porn, so I can't seem to sell that worth a shit because I have no passion for it and can't seem to write/design well for that niche. What I'm saying is that - when you are starting out - you shouldn't pick a niche based on what you think will sell, pick a niche based on what you like. Once you have perfected that you can move more into niches that you know less about. Two other quick things. 1. Are you getting partner accounts? Many smaller TGPs will give them to you for free and even some of the big ones will too. Take a few days and work to get some partner accounts if you aren't already doing so. 2. Stay away from banners. There have been many studies done that show surfers are pretty much banner blind these days. I'm not saying nobody will click it, but many won't. So unless the banner is interesting and unique I would steer clear of it. A well written text link will out draw a banner any day of the week. Anyway, just wanted to chime in an give my 2 cents good luck.

What kane said is true too. Banners are a waste of time. I never use banners in any of my galleries anymore. And also good text talking about the paysite like you did in this gallery http://www.hotgirlsonnet.com/tgp/tee...y/17/index.htm though your english isn't the best. Look at text at the paysite and use some of that maybe.

Miki, try submitting free sites, less traffic than TGPs but better quality and you don't have to buy a pa to submit. It also makes sense to diversify your traffic sources.
