Web Site Design who can also install script

We are in dire need of someone who will be able to design an elegant yet sexy adult website. Most also be able to install script. Looking for someone who will also be interested in being the site administrator for regular maintainance and updates. Working with small budget!!!!

Scripts to be installed are:
Flashchat Module Pack which includes 3-4 scripts
OscMax Shopping Cart with one mod
Dolphin Smart Community Builder
OsDate

Site Design:
Flash Intro with pic slide, music in background
Home Page with product information...sample products
Contact Us Page
About Us Page
Links Page
Links, Buttons to above scripts
Design must make site easy to navigate
No clipart, copy and paste jobs!!!!
Designer must be comfortable working with adult natured material

Rights:
All code should be created from scratch and can not be used for any other design or persons. Developer must agree to provide code. Must also be willing to sign agreement to this effect via fax. Any and all code related to Principles of Pleasure will be the sole property of Principles of Pleasure as will be stated in said agreement.
