Their new webmaster area is grossly amazing. Lots of useful promo tools there and lots of payment options.
Plus, Greenguy rated it as one of his Top 10 For 2003.

I use their hosted galleries on a hub site and recently saw an announcement from them that they have over 1000 hosted galleries available, which to me is an amazing commitment to providing promo material.
