Yesterday I ripped up all the old electrical wiring that was in my backyard that was part of my old deck that was destroyed in the hurricanes. What was left of the deck was removed over a year ago so all the electrical conduit was exposed. It was a collection of broken conduit and corroded outlets that was still live as it powered the rope lighting and fountains in my backyard. I replaced it all with a few outdoor extension cords running along my fence plugged into a GFI that I installed into the main breaker box.

I'm so sore from yesterday that no matter what I couldn't get comfortable to sleep so I've been more or less awake most of the night.

Just a day of working at the computer planned for today and maybe a nap if I'm lucky.

A summary of my last 48 hours...

Tue AM:
1) Post question about AutoGalleryPro on JMB support board.
2) Get reply, no easy way to do what I want. Find out at same time that all support for AutoGalleryPro will cease on Sept 1.
3) However, there is discount upgrade deal on the new script (TGPX, which is what I'm already using on Stocking-Vixens) but it ends that day.
4) I'd planned to upgrade all my AGP sites anyway so I get a quote for additional discount for buying 4 licenses. (great deal actually, $90 each at regular price, $50 each upgrade special, I got 4 licenses for $125)

Tue afternoon:
1) Run errands and MAIL TAXES (had to pay more for '07, plus make 1st quarterly for '08)
2) Early afternoon we lose phone/DSL service

Wed AM:
1) Been offline since yesterday, waiting for AT&T repair crew.
2) 9:00 AM repair crew arrives and begin to isolate problem.
3) They finally locate and repair a ground issue in a junction box up the block. While here they run a new wire around side of house for DSL to remove old repair (line was cut by yard service guys last Fall)
4) Finally back online a little before 11:00 AM. I have two TGP's waiting for a daily update, plus other pending updates and everything else I couldn't do while offline.

Wed Afternoon/Eve:
1) In the process of updating my AutoRank I discover that I hadn't cleaned up all the infected files from the server hack last month. All 3 of my AutoRanks had to be cleaned, PLUS most of my galleries that I've built over the last 5 years were infested.
2) I spent most of the evening going through the files on the server, reuploading all the HTML files for the galleries. I took the opportunity to also clean out some dead stuff that was still sitting on the server.
3) Finished that up about 11:00 PM.

WHEW! I'm tired again just typing all that. I may go back to bed.

morning all its 4:23 midday here, yeah i am still around but dealing with my son who manage to bruse(or what ever you name that) in a very bad way last monday, he cant use his right hand anymore and its thick like hell, so since its his right hand and he is right handed, i am the moron to help him with all.
I am also busy with my 13 year old daughther, she has a schoolparty tomorrow eve and she mentioned to me alot of the kids will"drink in" before the party, now we are talking here about kids age 11 to 16, hell where are those parents? how do they manage to get drunk before they go to the party, i wasnt happy with this and informed the school today, the princepal told me they know there was an alcohol problem at these parties but didnt do anything about it, but hell i care, i dont want my kid there and this is the responsability of the school, its their party, so now they agreed with getting an alcohol controle by police at the entrance of the party.Now i am happy and tired...i go back now being a slave for my son and i wish you all a great day and eve!

wow I just realized that I missed a whole day yesterday. Started running at 630am and didn't get home until after 4pm only to change and run out to some chi-chi wannabe NAB function that I forgot to take my camera out showing how utterly boring it really was.

Today seems a bit calmer until this afternoon when my recently released from her "gated" community ex bunkie comes over this afternoon. We are doing some content shots for her so she can get camming.

Try to have a great day, afterall there are only 3 more left in the week.

Morning all. Well Jury duty was BORING. First we waited on benches out in the hall while the judge was hearing motions. Finally, at 11:30 am (I was there at 8:30) he calls us in, says he still has to rule on the motions, dismisses us for lunch and asks us to be back at 1:00pm.

So I get back about 10 to 1, then he finally calls us back in at 1:30 and apparently they came to an agreement on a plea bargain, and sent us home. I was so from sitting around trying to read and having people insist on talking to me I slept for 2 hours when I got home.

Hoping today is a normal day with work. I don't want to leave my house for a few days, I am talked out to live people, lol.

Hello. Stayed up way late last night messing around with some irc software called irssi. Which required installing MacPorts so I can use the nice BSD like ports system for my mac machine. I used to use fink, but I actually am liking this a lot more for the stuff I actually need to install.

Other than that I completed doing galleries for one site. Now it's on to making ones more another site. Guess what's after that?

First though time to get the coffee.

Woke up to find out that today isn't Wednesday so I've been busy with yesterday most of today so far. Need to get today done before tomorrow 'cause I don't need two Thursdays this week.

Morning all - been at it since 5:30 am - back to a somewhat normal day life. Doubt it will last long.....

Snowed last night there - helped kill the fires a bit but we could use a bit more moisture. Still only 20% contained. The fire is only a few miles SW of the house and now that it's cleared up, I can see the smoke real well.

Another day with the cold, headache and and it appears my swollen jaw problem is coming back too... Man I really want to go to bed and it's only 7:30 PM.
